CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. This is a motion by the defendant to set aside entry of default. This matter was last heard on July 21, 2025, at which time the court found that there was good cause to set aside the default but that the moving party had failed to file a proposed responsive pleading as required by Code of Civil Procedure section 473, subdivision (b). The court continued the hearing on the motion (and on the CMC) to August 4 to permit the moving defendant to file the required pleading. Nothing has yet been filed.  Appearance required.
