After supplement, the following is noted for the Court at the hearing:

Reserve request is too high.  Petitioner originally requested $5,000 for a reserve amount, without explanation as to why such a high amount was needed.  In supplement, the Petitioner changed the reserve request to $2,000, but did not explain why such an amount was needed.  In fact, Petitioner even clarified that no personal or property taxes are due by the estate, which makes the high reserve request even more concerning.

If the Petitioner cannot explain to the Court why the reserve is necessary, the Court should annotate the proposed order to distribute the entirety of the estate, without reserve.
