Appearances required. The following defects must be corrected before the hearing:

Duties of Conservator and Acknowledgment of Receipt of Handbook (GC-348) (CRC 7.1051.)  Petitioner must submit a GC-348 showing they have read and acknowledge their duties and responsibilities as a conservator and have been given the Handbook for Conservators.

 

The proposed conservatee is expected to attend the hearing.  (Prob. Code, § 1825.)
