Appearances required.   The following must be submitted:

Trust Instrument.   The Petition and accompanying documents reveal the possible existence of a trust. If a trust exists, a copy of the trust, and all accompanying amendments, must be submitted for review, to ensure compliance with the Decedent’s testamentary intent and notice to individuals who might otherwise not be given notice. (Local Rule, 1791(c).)   

If no trust exists, and the trust language in the will seeks to create a trust, supplement should address this and petitioner must separately submit a proposed trust instrument for the Court to approve upon final distribution of the estate.  (CRC, Rule 7.650(b).)
