The Petition of Jeffrey R. Jakob was filed on August 17, 2023.  Objection to that petition was filed on February 13, 2024.  The objection places this matter at issue, requiring evidentiary hearing to resolve. (In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.)

It is recommended the Court find all other objections now waived.  The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.

The following must be submitted before the hearing:

Status of Report re: Mediation.  The Court has no report on the outcome of the mediation held on September 9, 2024 per the Notice filed on September 4, 2024.
