The following must be submitted before the hearing:

Proof of Service of Notice of Hearing. Notice of at least 15 days is required to the personal representative who is not the Petitioner, the buyer, any party requesting special notice, and all beneficiaries. (Prob. Code, §§1220(a)(2)(B), 10308(c), and 11601.) Proofs of Service must be filed.

Proof of Posting Notice of Hearing.  There is no notice of this hearing posted on site at the court.  Probate Code section 10308(c) requires Notice of the hearing on the petition for confirmation filed under subdivision (a) or (b) shall be given as provided in Section 1220 to the persons designated by that section and to the purchasers named in the petition, and posted as provided in Section 1230.

Proposed Order (DE-260).  A proposed order must be submitted with relief that matches that requested in the petition.  No such document was filed with the court.

It is recommended the Court continue this matter to allow proper service and posting of the Notice of Hearing.
