On August 12, 2025, Donald Phinney filed a Petition for Final Distribution, and hearing was set on September 19, 2025.  Initially, the Petition was recommended for approval, with a recommendation for the reserve amount to be reduced to $500 by the Court.

At the September 19th hearing, Manuel Florez appeared and objected to the petition.  The hearing was continued to October 6, 2025,  to allow written objection be filed.  No written objection was filed prior to or after that hearing.

Any parties desirous to object to the Petition, must file a written objection before the hearing.  The court has authority to require all objectors to file a written objection pursuant CRC, Rule 7.801, or else deem the failure to do so a waiver.
