The Petition to Invalidate the Second Amendment to the Howard Ibsen Trust was filed on March 13, 2023.  Objection was filed by Judith Jackson on April 18, 2023, placing this matter at issue and requiring evidentiary hearing to resolve. (In re Estate of Lensch (2009) 177 Cal.App.4th 667, 676; Conservatorship of Farrant (2021) 67 Cal.App.5th 370, 377.)

A stipulation to mediate all matters in the case was filed on August 4, 2023.  A Status Report filed November 9, 2023, reveals the mediation was unsuccessful.

Parties must come prepared to set trial dates and discovery deadlines.
