CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. This matter was set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations, and it is noted that statutory compliance has not been achieved.

The following must be filed:

Inventory & Appraisal (Form GC-040) (Prob. Code, § 2610)

Proof of Service – Notice of How to File Objection to I & A (GC-042) (Prob. Code, § 2610)

According to the Court Investigator’s Report, the Conservatee has moved. A Post-Move Change of Address form (GC-080) must be filed with the court. An updated Confidential Conservatorship Contact Information form (SC-6003) must also be filed.
