The court reviewed the report of the Court Investigator and it appears appropriate for approval however, Objector Topaz Summerfield requested a continuance.

The court notes that there is an outstanding balance of $400 for the Court Investigator’s 6-month review in March of 2024 in addition to the $400 due for this first annual report.

The next review of a Court Investigator’s Report will be held on 10/15/2026 in SB Dept 5 of this court at 9:00 AM. The first Accounting & Report of Conservator is already scheduled for 10/15/2026.

The Petition to Determine Claim to Property has been continued to 01/22/2026.
