The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator and it appears appropriate for approval. Absent objection, the report will be approved.

The court notes that there is an outstanding balance of $400 for the Court Investigator’s 6-month review in March of 2024 in addition to the $400 due for this first annual report.

The next review of a Court Investigator’s Report will be held on 10/15/2026 in SB Dept 5 of this court at 9:00 AM. The first Accounting & Report of Conservator is already scheduled for 10/15/2026.
