Appearances required.  The petition is recommended for approval, but it is recommended the following issue be corrected with the proposed order:

Improper Devisee.  The Proposed Order must list every beneficiary and detail the shares to each, and must expressly state limitations or conditions on distribution.  (Prob. Code, § 11603.)  The current Proposed Order does not contain the NAME of the trustee of the subject trust to which the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent named as the sole devisee.  If the Court approves the petition, it is recommended the Court amend/annotate the devisee to include the name of the trustee.
