CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. UPDATED 3/13/24: The Proof of Service for the Status Report has been filed but was not timely mailed. Pursuant to Probate code 1220 (a)(1) notice must be mailed at least 15 days prior to the hearing. Notice was mailed 13 days prior to the hearing on March 8, 2024. This can be cured by parties appearing and waiving notice. Otherwise, the matter will need to be continued.
