The Petition for Approval of the Settlement Agreement is granted.

Pursuant to the signed Settlement Agreement filed with the court, the Petition to Determine Claim to Water Rights, filed on 06/20/2024, the objection filed by Golden Hills on 12/04/2024, and the objection by TCCWD, filed on 12/04/2024, will be withdrawn. The court reserves jurisdiction for performance of the agreement pursuant to CCP § 664.6.

The hearing on 12/11/2025 shall be vacated. No appearance is required on 11/06/2025.
