With respect to the motion to impose liability, the moving party filed a 97-page reply including exhibits and declarations on March 23, 2026. The motion will need to be continued to permit the opposing party an opportunity to respond to the improperly-filed reply evidence.   The Motion is continued to May 18, 2026, with a response to the reply to be filed on or before May 4 and a further response by the moving party (with no additional evidence) to be filed on or before May 11, 2026.
