The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator and it appears appropriate for approval however, review by the Public Defender is pending. Absent objection, the matter will be approved.

The next review hearing is already scheduled for 01/13/2028 in SB Dept 5 of this court at 9:00 AM.

The court notes that there is a balance of $1,700.00 outstanding for Court Investigation fees: $400 for 2023; $500 for 2022; $400 for 2024; $400 for 2026.
