The Inventory & Appraisal and the Request for Waiver of Accountings were filed but remain deficient.
1. Original documents must be included to substantiate what the Conservators are stating. Bank statements, bills for rent, utilities, etc., SSI and IHSS pay stubs.
2. No Proof of Service has been filed for either document. You must serve all parties, including the Public Defender.
Deficiencies that remain include:
Proof of Service – Notice of How to File Objection to I & A (GC-042) (Prob. Code, § 2610)
Proof of Service mailed to the conservatee, the conservatee’s spouse, and the conservatee’s parents and adult children. This document has not been filed.
Proof of Recording Letters of Conservatorship (Prob. Code, § 2313).
If the conservatee owns property, proof of recording the Letters of Conservatorship must be filed for each county in which conservatee owns property. If the Conservatee doesn’t own property, this doesn’t apply. However, without a detailed correct Inventory & Appraisal, the court doesn’t have proof of whether the Conservatee owns property or not.
Determination of Conservatee's Appropriate Level of Care (Form GC-355) (Prob. Code, § 2352.5)
This document was filed but there are contradictory statements contained in the document. Please review and submit an Amended Document.
Accounting.
With regards to the 1st account and report, it is noted it has not been filed.
Deficiencies that have been cured:
Notice of Conservatee’s Rights (Form GC-341) (Prob. Code, § 1830(c))
