Despite the order to deposit funds into blocked account being made over five years ago, there is no Receipt and Acknowledgment of Order for the Deposit of Money Into Blocked Account (MC-356) on file.

A supplement is required that must address the following:

  1. Were the funds ever deposited into a blocked account?
  2. Where have the funds been held since October 5, 2021?
  3. Why was an Amended Order Approving Compromise of Claim or Action or Disposition of Proceeds of Judgment For Minor filed on February 18, 2026?
