Compliance Review Hearing; Review: Investigator's Report

Tentative Ruling

This matter was set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations and for the Court Investigator’s 6-month report.

As to the Compliance Hearing, the following obligations have not been met:

Inventory & Appraisal (Form GC-040) (Prob. Code, § 2610) This form must be filled out and sent to the conservatee, the conservatee’s spouse, and the conservatee’s parents and adult children.

Proof of Service – Notice of How to File Objection to I & A (GC-042) (Prob. Code, § 2610) Proof of Service that the GC-040 was mailed to the conservatee, the conservatee’s spouse, and the conservatee’s parents and adult children must be filed.

As to the Court Investigator’s report, the Court has received and reviewed the report and it appears appropriate for approval. Absent objection, the matter will be approved. However, review by the Public Defender is pending.
