The minute order filed April 25, 2023 ordered Ms. Fairbanks to submit a proposed order revoking the Guardianship of the Estate.  No such order was filed. It is recommended the Court decline to consider the accounting filed on June 6, 2023, and waive all future accountings.

Review Hearing re: Letters of Guardianship in Utah

On December 13, 2022, the Court approved a move of the ward to Vernal, Utah and ordered the guardian to file for a guardianship in that state.  There is no proof on file that a guardianship was obtained in Utah.
