Court records show that the Conservatee is deceased and a Final Accounting is due (See Prob. Code, § 2620), but there is no accounting on file. The Court ordered the accounting on 06/20/2024. According to the order, the Accounting should have been filed for review by 11/20/2024, which is 15 days before the hearing.
If the estate qualifies, the guardian or conservator may request an order dispensing with accountings pursuant to Probate Code section 2628. [See Attachment] This may often be accomplished by submission of a declaration (Judicial Council Form MC-030) ex parte.
