Probate Notes:

Notice of The Death of Conservatee was filed on May 14, 2025. A conservatorship of the person is terminated by operation of law on the death of the conservatee. (Prob. Code, § 1860.)  However, the Court maintains jurisdiction over the conservatorship of the estate until the estate is delivered to the personal representative of the conservatee’s estate.  (Prob. Code, §2467.) 

A final accounting is now due. (Prob. Code, § 2620(b).) 

There is no accounting on file.
