Discrepancy no. 1 – Estate on hand at beginning of account does not match the amount listed in Multiple Inventory and Appraisal filed since appointment of the successor conservator.  (Prob. Code, §1061(a).) A Final I & A was filed on September 9, 2022, followed by three supplemental Inventory and Appraisals, and no property contained within those supplemental filings was listed as on hand for this account. The property on hand should have reflected the amount in the sum of all Inventory and Appraisals on file. (Prob. Code, § 1061(a)(1).)

Discrepancy no. 2 – Estate on hand at end of account not supported by schedule showing market value. (Prob. Code, §1063(a).)
