Tentative Ruling

The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator and it appears appropriate for approval however, review by the Public Defender is pending. Absent objection, the matter will be approved.

The court notes that there is a balance of $800 in fees due for Court Investigator Reports. This amount was not billed to the Conservator until September of 2025. The reports for 2024 and 2025 each involve a fee of $400.
