CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. This will cause a loss in network connectivity, including access to Case Access and Payment Portal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to keep the outage as brief as possible.

The following discrepancies must be addressed. Please file a Supplement to explain:

Property on hand at beginning of account does not match the Final Inventory and Appraisal value. A Final I & A was filed on 6/21/2023 and shows a different than the property on hand at the beginning of the accounting period. The property on hand should match the amount in the Final Inventory and Appraisal. (Prob. Code, § 1061(a)(1))

Inventory and Appraisal Attachment No. 2 is included in the accounting. This was not filed as part of the Final Inventory and Appraisal on 06/21/2023. (Prob. Code § 2610(c) and 8902)

Account statements were not filed electronically as supporting documentation. There is an itemization in the form of an Excel spreadsheet. (Prob. Code § 2620 (c))
