Tentative Ruling

This matter was set for hearing upon appointment of the conservator to ascertain whether the conservator has complied with certain obligations, and it is noted that statutory compliance has not been achieved.

If the following deficiencies are cured by Monday October 23, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., they will be considered for the October 26, 2023 hearing.

Determination of Conservatee's Appropriate Level of Care (Form GC-355) (Prob. Code, § 2352.5)

Inventory & Appraisal (Form GC-040) (Prob. Code, § 2610)

Proof of Service – Notice of How to File Objection to I & A (GC-042) (Prob. Code, § 2610)

Court Investigator's Report:  The court has received and reviewed the report of the Court Investigator and it appears appropriate for approval. Absent objection, the matter will be approved.

The next review hearing will be held on: 10/24/2024 in SB Dept 5 of this court at 9:00 AM.
