The Petition for Termination of Guardianship filed by Camy Spivey, on May 9, 2025, is being challenged by Peter Lee, Jr. via his own petition to terminate the guardianship.  In that petition, Peter Lee, Jr. requests “primary physical custody” of the minor in this case.

Parties must come prepared to set this matter for evidentiary hearing, unless the current guardians’ consent to the termination of the guardianship.
