CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. On April 10, 2026, plaintiff Maria Daniel filed a supplemental brief in support of plaintiff’s opposition to the motion of defendants City of Santa Barbara and Granite Construction Company to strike or tax costs. The supplemental brief provides evidence that defendants have not had an opportunity to address. The hearing on the motion will be continued to May 22, 2026, to allow for a response. On or before May 8, 2026, defendants shall file and serve any response to the April 10 supplemental brief.
