On April 10, 2026, plaintiff Maria Daniel filed a supplemental brief in support of plaintiff’s opposition to the motion of defendants City of Santa Barbara and Granite Construction Company to strike or tax costs. The supplemental brief provides evidence that defendants have not had an opportunity to address. The hearing on the motion will be continued to May 22, 2026, to allow for a response.
