According to court records, the conservatee has died. A conservatorship is terminated by the death of the conservatee. (Prob. Code, § 1860.) Upon the death of a conservatee, a final accounting must be submitted. (Prob. Code, § 2620(a); CRC Prob. 7.1052(c).) The final accounting and petition for termination was ordered on 6/25/24. No accounting has been filed.

The accounting submitted shall comply with Prob. C. § 2620(b) and (c). Petitioner shall give notice as required by Prob. C. § 2621 and § 1460.
