At the hearing on May 21, 2024, the Court expressed concern at the change in plans to move the minor to Germany instead of Hawaii. The Court requested more information be given about that move. Nothing has been filed since that hearing.

On October 29, 2024, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause why the Guardianship should not be terminated.  If there are no appearances, it is recommended the guardianship be terminated.
