CASE ACCESS AND PAYMENT PORTAL SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE:

The court will be performing network maintenance and upgrades on Monday April 20 and Tuesday April 21, beginning at approximately 5:30pm each evening and lasting 2-3 hours. Appearances are required. The court has not received the following items:

The Court Investigator reports the Conservatee has passed away. The Conservator has a mandatory duty to file a Notice of Conservatee’s Death (Form GC-399). (Prob. Code, § 2361.)

Upon the death of a conservatee, a final accounting must be submitted. (Prob. Code, § 2620(b); CRC, Rule 7.1052(c).) The final accounting and petition for termination of the conservatorship has not been submitted.

The accounting shall comply with Prob. C. § 2620(b) and (c). Petitioner shall give notice as required by Prob. C. § 2621 and § 1460.
