Tentative Ruling
The Court received Notice of Conservatee’s Death (Form GC-399) on 08/07/2026.
A conservatorship is terminated by the death of the conservatee. (Prob. Code, § 1860.) Upon the death of a conservatee, a final accounting must be submitted. (Prob. Code, § 2620(a); CRC Prob. 7.1052(c).)
The Court had previously scheduled the 7th Account for hearing on 09/16/2027. This hearing will now serve as the final accounting and petition for termination of the conservatorship.
The accounting submitted shall comply with Prob. C. § 2620(b) and (c). Petitioner shall give notice as required by Prob. C. § 2621 and § 1460.
