Appearances required.  The following defects are noted for the Court:

Discrepancy no. 1 - Accounting was filed 13 months after maximum statutory deadline.  CRC, Rule 7.903 requires the following language to be placed in every court-supervised SNT: “Require the trustee to file accounts and reports for court approval in the manner and frequency required by Probate Code sections 1060 et seq. and 2620 et seq” (subd.,(c)(6).)  Probate Code section 2620(a) plainly states the accounting requirement is within the first year of appointment as trustee, “and thereafter not less frequently than biennially.”
