A Notice of Death of Conservatee was filed on August 18, 2022. A conservatorship is terminated by the death of the conservatee. (Prob. Code, § 1860.) The 12th Account and Report was filed on November 14, 2022, and approved on February 15, 2023.  The 12th Accounting period stopped at December 31, 2021, leaving the remaining accounting period to be accounted for by the conservator as January 1, 2022 to the date the conservatorship estate is turned over the personal representative for the conservatee’s estate.

A final accounting is now due. (Prob. Code, § 2620(a); CRC Prob. 7.1052(c).)
