Courtroom Equipment
The following equipment is owned by the Court, and is available for use in most Courtrooms:
Projectors
Projectors are used to display evidence from Litigant / Attorney laptops.
Litigant / Attorney must have the proper connection or adapter to use the projector.
Santa Barbara Courthouse
Laptop Connection needed to connect to the projector.
- HDMI - Depts. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 9, 10, 11, 12 and SB Juvenile Court (Dept 14)
- No Projector - Dept.7 and Dept. 8
Santa Maria Courthouse
Laptop Connection needed to connect to the projector.
- HDMI- Depts. 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8 & SM Juvenile
- No Projector- Dept. 5
Lompoc Courthouse
Laptop Connection needed to connect to the projector.
- HDMI- Depts. 1, 2
Solvang Courthouse
Currently no projector available.
Digital Document Cameras
Most Courtrooms have Digital Document Cameras available for use.
Uses and features:
- Viewing of documents one page at a time
- Viewing of slides and overhead transparencies
- Viewing of 3-D objects
- Power Zoom lens
- Auto or Manual focus
- Negative/Positive option for viewing negative films
- Color/Black & White option for viewing choice
The following Courtrooms do not have document cameras available at this time:
- Santa Barbara Courthouse- Dept. 7 & Dept. 8
- Santa Maria Courthouse- Dept. 3, Dept. 5, Dept. 9 and SM Juvenile Court
- Lompoc Courthouse- Dept. 2
- Solvang Courthouse- Dept. 1
